The Moon's Caress is a tavern that that has a large courtyard full of tables under the night's sky. The music here is always slightly somber.

The few times Rhaena had gone out in the city since she had been old enough to be interested in any kind of drinking, she came here. The sedated tone pleased her, and it was usually a lot less rowdy than most bars. There was space to think.
She was sat with her head resting on the table, legs dangling in bid air, as they just quite did not touch the ground from the high stool, one of her legs swinging very slowly and only ever so slightly.
She was nursing a glass of a deep dark liquid, for all appearances it was her first, but the staff who cleared up conscientiously, knew better.

Lord Sergio Delinaal sat down beside her and looked at her, "I was appointed as your guardian for the next two hours. The staff seems to think you need a brave and valiant man to safe guard you this evening." He stopped speaking and looked around the room before pulling a flask form his cloak before adding, "Do not tell them, but quite frankly I am neither."

"Thass good," she said, her words slurring slightly, and she raised her head, "I am... so done with brave and valyant," she said, and then frowned into her glass, "And knights... and franks."
She noticed the flask and shook her head, "If you needed me to buy you drink. Should have juss asked."

Sergio laughed, "Well is presumptuous to think the beautiful woman will buy you a drink as well as to speak with you." He quirked his lips into a roguish smile.

"Not really." She said, "These days whores have more money than merchants. theresss a certain beauty to tha though. Not sure why at the present moment... but there is." she said, and then laughed with a force not in relation at all to what she had said, her head tossing back.
"You called me beautiful though, and that deserves a drink," Rhaena said, beckoning over a server who poured another class of the strong smelling alcohol, "To the King," she said, lazily raising her own glass, petty resentment in her voice. She did not waste time waiting for him, and necked the shot in the next moment.

"I am new to this country, and you are the first I have met to honor your king at all. I was growing worried he was simply a brutal tyrant with no redeeming qualities." Sergio replied. His eyes were studying her, and he sipped at his own drink waiting to hear her reply.

"Not no redeeming ones," she said, in a tone she thought could be magnanimous, "Hard to think of anything right now though. He's a lying liar who lies...though that is hardly redeeming. Oh he keeps his word. No. oops seems not! That issnt fair though. He does things for the best... I suppose." She said, and rested her head on the table again before it suddenly jumping up again, her hair whipping over her head and behind her in a silver arc.
"Would you like to meet him? He's right up there now," she said, turning and pointing through the building in the direction of the Red Keep.

Sergio smiled at her, "I think I would much rather get to know you a fair shade better. He seems rather dull and predictable. You, my dear, seem much more interesting."

"No. That's my problem you see," she said, leaning on one hand and turning to face him properly, "Everyone knows I am going to just go along with whatever, cause that is just what I do. Golden, fucking, child." she said, chucking her glass angrily against the wall, and then giggling as it shattered. She mouthed an apology as the man and smiled back, the smile of someone who had drunk a bit too much. She giggled again then for no reason and moved forward to the two of them were closer, her thigh resting against his, "Sorry about this, I got some really wonderful news today,"

"Well that was your mistake. I have always striven to be the greatest disappointment possible to my family. Now they clap when I show up and my clothes are freshly laundered." He smiled and brushed a lock of her silver hair out of her face. "What was your news? And I am guessing this is ironic again."

"Such a fast learner," she said, with less contempt than she would have when sober, "you will no doubt hear of my news soon enough, why ruin the surprise?" she asked, and waved over for more alcohol, instructing them to just leave the bottle now.
She gave a bark of laughter, apparently having only just processed the first thing he said, "I have seen what being a disappointment gets you... and what little praise can come your way when you do do well," she shook her head, "not that I have ever really been on a receiving end of the latter, lucky really. where are you from? not hereee"

"I am from Braavos, and I have never sought praise. I am my own man, and only I know my own worth." Sergio replied, "And I am guessing you are from here, then."

"Did the overarching strench of alcohol give me away?" She asked, with a frown, then shook her head. What's bravos like? My friend likes it verr much."

Sergio flashed her s warm smile before answering, "It is the greatest city ever built. I have traveled all across this world and nothing else comes closer. Do you have a name my beautiful creature?"

"I would have liked to have seen it, I was planning on it, but... Who knows now." She said, face falling as she spoke, "My name is Rhaena. Those close to me call me Rhae... Well one person does."

"Who would dare stop you from traveling to Braavos?" Sergio asked but went on before she could answer, "Whomever it is you must not let them. Until you see her glories, you have not truly begun to live."

"Juss being cynical at the moment, I will probably get to go one day, and I still get to travel with My Grandmother while everything is being arranged." She said, giving a large shrug with less grace than she usually gave the movement. "Tell me about it, perhaps I can live it... Vica, vicar, vicariously."

"Words do not contain the wonder that is Braavos well. I can speak of the throngs of mankind speaking every tongue of the world. I can speak of the Titan's shadow stretching across the entire immensely beautiful city. I can speak of the music forged of the work of academy's only devoted to their arts. I can tell of the dances with woman whose beauty shake you to your core." He smiled at her, "You must save a dance for me when you go."

"I have heard of your titan." She said, nodding, "it is like... really big." she would no doubt have said something more clever had she not had quite so much to drink, "but I am far more interested in these... tongues, you speak of."

"Its size and strength would make you tremble with anticipation." Sergio answered with a warm smirk, "I could discuss tongues with you for hours. Go on."

"Have to be very impressive to make me tremble," she said, "The other day I wanted to cut one out of the head of this girl. I did not, but I wanted to. I think I over reacted," she said with a shrug, admitting to him what she never would have done to anyone she knew or knew her, "I am guessing that is not the kind of tongue talk you wanted?" she asked, tilting her head to the side and giggling softly.

"Well when I suggested we talk about tongues I had no idea where that would lead us to be honest." Sergio chuckled, "So I can not really be disappointed."

"Of course you can," she said, with another giggle. She'd never laughed so much in her life before today. Ironic really. "So many times we plan things one way, but they don't go that way, whether they are vague or not... they always go awry. So be disappointed." she said, but leaned closer to him, shifting bodily in his direction, "because then I get to cheer you up."

Sergio laughed, and then leaned in and kissed her. His hand stroking her hair, after a moment he leaned back and laughed, "Sorry I am not even a little disappointed. I am guessing you did not have that planned." He smirked at her.
