"Tomorrow night, then," she said sweetly, looking into his eyes. "I can't take you to my hut because of all the children, but I know a stone rest house out in the fields, near the woods witch's cottage, that will be empty and quiet when dusk falls. Meet me there, at that time, with all of your friends. And you boys will have fun." She winked.

Vira looked him over in cool appraisal. He was tall and lean, and it had been too long since she'd had a man. But for the first time, the idea of taking money for it left a bad taste in her mouth. What had come over her?

"You're a sturdy fellow, aren't you?" she said with a smile. "I hope you fuck as well as you look. Aye, I'll come to your bed tonight. You don't need to pay me for this as long as you make sure all your friends are ready and willing tomorrow night."

She winked and rose. "Lead the way."

They thrashed around for half an hour.

When they were done, Vira dressed, mildly disappointed. I'm usually better at selecting good lovers, she thought. I'm losing my touch. She would be putting her fingers to good use later tonight.

"You have exhausted me so much that it's lucky your friends weren't here," she cooed at him. "Will you bring them to the stone shelter in the fields tomorrow night?"

Vira waited at the stone hut the next night, grim and silent. She was hooded, and the axe was hidden underneath her cloak.

"When I've satisfied myself you've got those coppers, boys," she called out gaily. "If all you fine gentlemen will be so kind as to gather in my little hut and wait, I'll walk a little distance and talk with the handsome fellow who gave me so much pleasure last night."

"I don't want to get into no trouble," she said. "This morning the village constable was telling me that if I'm having customers who aren't from Shells, I'm going to get thrown in gaol. Doesn't want the village being flooded by strangers no more. Can I see your permit so I know you're a Shells man?"

She giggled, as if thrilled. "Are you one of those big, bad fishermen from the neighboring towns then? I've heard sooooo much about you!"

"I am," she admitted, with a glint in her eye. "Sometimes I figure that if I could steal one of those permits meself, maybe I could fuck for pleasure instead of just for coin."

"That's what I meant, silly," she winked. "Stealing permits for the fish, aye, that's where the real money is."

That was all she needed to hear. The smile left Vira's face as quickly as it had appeared. She drew a whistle from her pocket and blew it, and a shadow fell over them. As if from nowhere, the dragon Aegerys swooped down in a ghostly silence, the moonlight shining off his white scales. The dragon's molten eyes glowed like embers as he hovered silently over Vira, the man, and the little hut full off his comrades.

"Dracarys," Vira said, drawing her axe. The dragon screamed and shot a bolt of fire down on the men, and then another, and another, until the hut and its occupants were engulfed in flame.

"I'm going to kill you myself," Vira told the man, raising her axe. "Because I am pissed that you did not give me any pleasure last night and I had to bed the most selfish bedmate in Dragonstone to lure you all out here."
