In Westeros:
Lord Dickon Baratheon: (23)
Where his father was likable, but really kind of a dick, Lord Dickon of Storm's End is just a dick. He lived in the Red Keep as a 'guest' of the Queen for six years after her ascension to the throne, until word arrived that his father had been killed by a Dornish dragon in the Marches. He returned to Storm's End at 11 to assume his lordship, and grew up alongside the Dondarrion brothers, Lords of Blackhaven and Nightsong, who had been wards of Lord Borros. He has since waged a bloody campaign against the Dornish, far more brutal and punitive than his father ever was.
Lady Tysha Lannister: (36)
Formerly the Lady Regent of the West, Tysha ruled during her son Lyonel's minority, her own husband and father having died a year before Queen Rhaena ascended to the Iron Throne. She married her second-cousin, Ser Jason Lannister and bore him two children, younger siblings to her heir. When Lord Lyonel reached his majority, he was properly invested with the Lordship of Casterly Rock, though Lady Tysha sided with her husband in refusing to relinquish the Wardenship of the West and the family great sword, Brightroar, on the basis that Lyonel yet lacked the experience in battle and the skill at arms to be worthy of them respectively.
Lord Braem Stark: (53)
Little truly is known about Lord Stark, for it is sat that he has never been south of Greywater watch excepting for Queen Rhaena's coronation, however this is mere speculation by those who have never met him. In the North he is known as a prodigious, if aging, warrior, but he is widely respected by his people, both feared and loved in appropriate measures. He has been Lord of the North for thirty-five years, and in that time the North has prospered more than any other kingdom in Westeros. Wealth and sliver flow into White Harbor from across the sea, and spread the summers have been long and bountiful. The number of men who would answer Lord Stark's call to arms dwarfs those of his neighbors and despite kneeling to Queen Rhaena along with the other Lords of Westeros, everyone knows he is one of the most powerful men in the realm despite having only once in his life attended court.
Ser Jayson Lannister: (45)
Ser Jason Lannister was the de facto Lord of Casterly Rock for sixteen years after marrying his second cousin, Lady Tysha. They had been lovers long before that, and there were rumors that her son by her first husband may have been Ser Jason's instead. Since his step-son reached his majority, and Ser Jason was forced to formally cede to him the titles Lord of Casterly Rock and Shield of Lannisport, he has refused to relinquish the Valyrian great sword of House Lannister, Brightroar, as well as the Wardenship of the West.
