Even in the midst of battle, Ser Olyvar kept his head. He called to the two guards "Seize the Queen!" The two guards immediately rushed to do his bidding, while Ser Olyvar renewed his own efforts to grab Rhaena. But despite being outnumbered, Rhaena is fast. Adrenaline pushes her forward as she strikes at Aegon, aiming for his throat. But one of the guards catches her arm as she does so and her strike goes wide, catching Aegon's face. Blood wells as she slices across the cheekbone. But the attempt is over now, as the second guard also grabs Rhaena and pulls her back, while Ser Olyvar drops his sword and runs to Aegon's side. The King feels dizzy from blood loss and exhaustion and realises he will have to lie down quickly, or pass out. And medical attention will be a necessity.
"Your Grace," he cried, offering a steadying hand.
