Hey guys
Can I just remind all of you that important admin PMs must be sent to both Zack and myself, without exception. I've noticed this has happened quite a bit recently, with me having to forward messages on to Zack multiple times this week, so please can you all try to remember to send them to him too. Likewise, if you send Zack a PM, please think about whether you need to send it to me as well.
When it comes to adding a new person to the conversation, I believe the person who started the conversation has to do it. If there is a way for us as admins to do it without being the one to start the conversation, I've not yet found it.
If you're not sure whether to send a PM to both of us, it's probably better to do so, as that will minimise the chance of problems down the line. I know I said I wasn't bothered about being included in private RP I wasn't involved in but to be honest it's just easier, especially when I do most of the pregnancy roles, so we'll go back to the original rule on that as well.
I don't expect you to send minor PMs such as tag reminders but it does include:
-Character and plot queries -Issues with in game decisions, other players etc -PM based RP regardless of who is involved -Skill concerns
Please note that repeated failures to follow this rule may result in consequences. I will not protect anyone from Zack's wrath in this matter.

In addition to the above, please please can we save the OOC comments for PMs or the OOC board? OOC comments in IC threads should be kept minimal and made only by admins and possibly Site Council, though we will try to keep them out of the threads where possible as well.
