I've been considering picking it up as well. Was just waiting for reviews and the like. I usually give MMOs a few months to get their shit together before I dive in.

I'm a wood elf nightblade. Factions are tied to races and wood elfs are aldori dominion.

Yes. All races are playable, but you have to buy the imperial edition to get the Imperials, but they can join any faction.

Just noticed this.
I played in every beta session, but I'm not planning to buy the game itself for a while. There's not enough content in it that wasn't in the beta to be really worth it for me, and reviews I've seen seem to point out major bugs still in the game, or issues with the server's auto-kick function.

Yeah, it's weird, because they are NOT like the one's from Skyrim. There's a faction you are actually combating called the Veiled Heritance, whose much more like the racists Elves of Skyrim, and your serving a new queen who they hate because she's trying to be much more open.

It looks great art wise.. I've only seen stills, But given that my pc can't run skyrim I doubt it will run this, I quite like oblivion and have morrowind also.
