Brandon took the man at his word, "Did any of you," he turned to the Unsullied, "See a man who met the description I gave? And with arms like tree trunks? Whether wearing an officer's uniform, or some other type of clothing?" He looked at the officer.
"Instruct them to answer me truthfully." he said.

At the knight's word some of the unsullied took a step forward, and announced clearly and in harmony with each other they call out "We have seen this man in question."

"When and where did you see him?" he asked, turning to the officer with a snort. Unsullied may be the best soldiers on any continent, but with commanders like this, Brandon thought, they were wasted.

The Unsullied answered back, "It has been a week since this man was seen on the grounds of our master. He was wearing the uniform of a delivery man from a tavern in the city."

"Do you know the name of the tavern he was from? Or describe the uniform, so your officers can tell me." Brandon said.

"The man signed in as delivering a casket of wine from the Golden Tap." The Unsullied answered, the commander meanwhile was flipping through a booklet that one of the lieutenant had acquired, looking for the sheet that people had to sign if they were dropping off orders. After a couple of minutes of scanning the pages, they notice that a man had come from the Inn mentioned filed under the name of Sallahdar Lothar.

Brandon sighed. They had to be twisted into helping, but finally they had produced...something.
"And I thank you." Brandon said. "Have any of you," he was addressing the officers, "ever attended the Golden Tap and can tell me the sort of place it is?"

The older lieutenant was the one that spoke up now, "It's a Lysenese place, they get their wine exported straight from Lys. It's a couple blocks outside of the Black Wall." He states.

Brandon scowled. Well, that makes a lot of sense, Brandon thought.
"I see." he said. "If I have anything more for you, I shall return and ask," he added, before heading back to his room.
There he chained, trading his white cloak for a homespun brown one, and doing away with anything which might be considered finery, not that Brandon had much of that sort of thing anyway. He kept the mail. It was battered enough from the fight with the Lysene champion anyway that it did not suggest much station. He took a fair amount of coin from the travel purse, in case he had need, and pulling the hood around his head, went outside the wall to visit the Golden Tap.

Once Brandon gets to the tavern he see's that it is a wealthy establishment, with casks of wine lining the back room and true to the taverns name the taps were all golden in color. At first glance there is no one there that resembles the description of the man Brandon was looking for.

Brandon approached the bar, and puts some silver in a stack on the wooden top to get the bar keeps's attention.

The barkeep walks over and eyes the stack of coins, he looks to the man across the counter from him clears his throat, "What can I do for ya?" He says in barely passable common tongue.

Brandon leaned in, "My master sent me down here. He had a taste of something from your cellar while visiting the home of one of them high families. Sent me down to get it. But he couldn't recall what it was called. He told me that the host said a man named Salladhar something delivered their casks. Salladhar.. gods what was it.. Lothen? Lothey? Lothar, something like that? Anyway, he should know what it was."

The man behind the bar threw a rag over his shoulder and leaned against the counter, "We can check our outgoing deliveries if you remember when it was delivered and to who it was delivered to." He replies.

"Name don't ring a bell huh?" he said with a frown, "It was... let's see. My master ate at Jaes Azantys... it must have been about three days ago, and the cask itself was probably delivered... maybe ten days ago? Maybe a little more or a little less. Lord Azantys said he'd just gotten the cask in special, is what my Master said."

"I will check our records. But that will take some time." The man admits, "Our delivery man Salladhor hasn't been reporting to work lately. We can give you an address if you want to go ask him in person, it might be faster that way." He adds.

"Yeah, that would be good," Brandon said, "if it's not any trouble for you."

"Not at all." He says with a smile, as he walks away, not long after the bartender returns and lists off the address to the man's home, as well as directions to the place.

Brandon nodded. He left the establishment, and crossed the street, where he blended into the crowd. There he waited, and watched, in case the bar keep should have been lying, and the man comes out, or if he sends someone to warn the man to expect trouble.

The only people that come and go seem to be costumers, there is no sign of the beefy man nor of anyone leaving in a hurry to warn anyone else.

Brandon decides that a enough time has passed that he can put aside, for the moment, that possibility, and proceeds towards the location he's been given. When he got there, he again took up a position where he could safely observe without being observed, and watched to see what might be seen before rushing in.

No one can be seen entering the building, and in fact the entire block seems to be empty as the only people who visit the area are inhabitants of the buildings nearby. As Brandon scans the surrounding area, he notices that the address that belongs to Salladhor has its shutters open giving a clear and open view into the mans apartment from the roof of the building across the street.

Brandon nonchalantly walked away, before doubling back and trying to make his way up to the roof from behind the building.

He makes it to the roof without issue. Once he gets to the top of the roof, he sees a man bearing a similar description of Salladhor, laying down on the other side of the roof. Brandon can see that the man has something laid out in front of him, but is unable to see what the item is.

Brandon was concerned for a moment it might be a crossbow or other weapon, and slowly low crawls back towards the edge of the roof, where at least he'll have some cover, before continuing his observation.
