The tower that holds the rookery at the very top of it. The Grandmaester's chambers are below the rookery, they are heavily populated with shelves of books and various herbs and potions line half of the table space that is available in the room.

Visenya came to the Grandmaester, glancing around and hoping no one saw her.

Grand Maester Benedict was busy talking to one of his acolytes about some potion or other, but he smiled warmly at Visenya when he saw her. They were hardly the best of friends but he was one of the people at court who felt some sympathy for Aenar's children and tried to be kind to them.
"Good day, my lady. Please, come sit. Are you looking for a book? Or are you unwell?"

"I am...unwell." She stared at the acolyte fixedly. "Pardon, but could we speak alone? It is a matter of some sensitivity."

"Of course."
The Grand Maester sent away his companion with a nod. The young man hurried into the next room. The Grand Maester smiled gently at Visenya.
"Please tell me your troubles, my dear. You need not fear that I will speak of it to others."

She described her ailment hurriedly, though with some hesitation. Her eyes were wide with fear, hoping he could treat it, and even more that he could cure it. She was clearly very embarassed.

His smile faltered but he nodded. "that is a grave ailment for one so young, but it is usually best not to ask questions here. I will have my assistants prepare the potion for you at once. Come back at first light and it shall be ready. If need be, you might say it is a remedy for a headache. And be careful, child. One never knows what dangers might be faced at court."

"I will be more careful in the future," she told the maester, abashed. She had never known that such dangers existed, and she had found out in the worst way. "Thank you so much for your discretion in this matter," she said as she went to go.

The Grand Maester handed it to her in person. "Be careful," he said, as he had before. "You are too young and beautiful to be so afflicted."

She thanked him profusely and was on her way to begin administering the cure. She didnt want to spend too much time in the Maester's offices, lest people begin to ask questions.
