"I quite agree, and mother and father see it much the same way, it just strikes me as the easiest thing to do will be to change his mind, so I am glad I can count on your help, together I am sure we can whittle him down," rhaena replied, smiling broadly at her sister and then groaning, "when did life become so complicated, Daenya?"

"Thank you, I know it is not our responsibility, but it may help things with him and father if he followed our families gods. Sometimes I wonder if he even wants to be part if it," she said and shook her hair.

"I'm not sure if he is good or not, but astray is definitely where he is, and naturally I am concerned." she didn't say exactly who she was concerned for, though, "He spends a lot of time with the traitor's daughter."

Rhaena looked surprised for a moment and then actually laughed, she was actually surprised that the whole of the realm seemed to know about her and Maekar, considering that no one who had ever mentioned it to her had ever spent any time with them when they were, sleeping together, it really was impressive how people knew things that so few people should know about.

"I should have to have a very low opinion of myself indeed to be jealous of her, and to desire the attentions of Aegon, he is hardly the man I usually go for, truth be told,"

"I do not have to like the person I am expected to marry," she said, shaking her head, "but you never answered me really, they spend a lot of time together, do you think there is something going on there?"

"I might go and talk to her about it, a pleasant talk, you know, woman to woman." she said, though it was clear the idea less than thrilled her, though whether it was talking to traitor spawn or girl talk that put her off could not be told.

"No one, if I can possibly help it. How about you?" Rhaena said with a smile, "And perhaps I should speak with Father with you? I shall not immediately be going east, I do need to go to King's Landing first."

"I am well aware of the likelihood of me having to marry, she said, nodding at the comment about talking to the king, "Who would you marry?"

"I told you I didn't want to marry anyone, most would think that answer enough, I guess we both just have too high standards," she said, smiling at her younger sister, and tilting her head, glad they managed to have a proper talk.
