Personality:
Young, Reckless and danger to himself and those around him. Arthur is a young Lords heir and he behaves so spending time with his friends drinking hunting and generally chasing woman. Generally having as much fun as possible is the young mans main plans at all time.
Background: Born the first son Lord Lyonel, but the second child for Lady Daena. Their was never very any love between the two this simply being a marriage of alliance, in fact Arthur's mother took to spending more time at her manor house away from Harrenhal. Which is quite understandable with the dread fortress being a cold and uninviting place. House Harroway is of course the third house to own Harrenhal in only 80 after the glorious coming of Aegon the First, giving the castle a dark mystery. Arthur was raised by a string of attendants until his 7th year of summer when his mother called for him and began to raise the boy herself something that Lord Harroway had to quickly put a stop too once Arthur began to speak about handling a Dragon. From there he was forced to study with old Septon Jon until the age of 11 when finally he was given to Ser Robert the Just, a landed knight sworn to his father. Under his care Arthur became diligent in his work always finishing a task once he had started but through this was always the pride almost arrogance of the young man. At 15 he beat another bloody and then strangled him to death for insulting his house. By the age of 18 Arthur was Knighted and given his own manor house on the western side of the God's Eye. Now though the young heir has decided that it is time to venture to the Capital.
