Ser Arthur Harroway and his closest friend Ser Davos Terrick arrive at the gates of the Red Keep. The young men both look travel worn, Arthur gazes about almost confused you could say.

The goldcloaks look down at the young men. With the kingdom ravaged by war, they couldn't be too careful with newcomers.
"Who goes there?" One asked. "What do you want?"

Ser Davos is the first to answer, "This is fucking Ser Arthur Harroway heir to Harrenhal your greeting. Son of his Lordship Lord Lyonel Harroway the Master of Laws himself. Not only that but he is the blood of Dragons from his mother Lady Daena Targayen."
"Please please Davos no need for all the theatrics." Ser Arthur rode forward smiling at the man, "Would you happen to know where my father is. I've never been here and by the gods themselves I am lost."

The guards hadn't looked please by Ser Davos' behaviour. The elder of the two guards privately thought that the young man was another high lordling who seemed to have forgotten that the security of the castle and royal family was paramount during a war. And besides, they couldn't know the face of every man with dragon blood.
"City's pretty big, m'lord. It's easy to get lost," the elder guard said. "Don't rightly know where Lord Harroway would be right now. His chambers, mayhaps. We can't leave our post so we'll let you in and you can ask a servant to take you to Lord Harroway's chambers."

Arthur nodded his head in thanks, "You have my thanks guardsmen." Quickly dismounting the young knight threw the reins to Ser Davos who went to look for the Stables. Removing his riding gloves Arthur stepped forward. "For your troubles." A silver stag is offered to the elderly guardsmen.

The guard took the coin with thanks. He looked like the kind of guy who had been in service with the gold cloaks for forty years or more.
"Gods bless you, m'lord," he said.
