Kesi made herself shake her head with a smile.
"I cannot be keeping you here forever." She said. "I am just not wanting you to leave at the moment until they are knowing that you are being with me. So that is meaning that you can only be going out when I am with you, for now."

Gendry nodded. He seemed too frightened to speak. He hopped from foot to foot and eyed Rosey in the bed. And then he blurted out "In this one story, the witch lady captured the children and tried to eat them. Please don't eat us."

Rosey was as fine as her circumstances would permit. She had fallen asleep and was breathing shallowly.
