The charred remains of Hugor's Sept, a fortified stronghold which had served as the Warrior's Sons headquarters in Kings Landing before the Faith Militant Uprising. After an assassination attempt against Maegor the Cruel, it had been burned to ash with Balerion's flames, along with the 700 holy knights inside its walls.
The ruin serves as the roost of Belarion the Black Dread, the massive dragon too large to be housed within the Dragonpit. It is also said that King Maegor II believes the beast's shadow over the city keeps its populace in complacent terror, rather than storming the Red Keep.
all alone and also really bored
