Lord Arthur Arryn maintains a smallish manse (walled off from the rest of the city, of course) about midway up Aegon's Hill. It is not ostentatious or even marked as being the property of House Arryn, but for the blue-and-white clad guardsmen who stand outside the gates. They welcome Alysanne graciously as she arrives, informing her that her things have been moved up into one of the bedchambers, and that the house has been staffed and prepared for her arrival. She is also given a letter that arrived from the Eyrie, from her lord grandfather.

She scans it briefly, learning that Lord Arryn intends to come to King's Landing for the Queen's festival, though Ser Edmyn and Lady Wylla will be remaining in the Vale.
