Half a fortnight after his dramatic request of the Queen for permission to bond a dragon, word returns from Dragonstone that Lord Valarr Targaryen of Oldtown was killed attempting to bond the dragon Glutton. His body is reportedly being shipped back to King's Landing to be interred with his ancestors, and his infant son Viserys has been named Lord of Oldtown in his place.
