Appearance:
Jaecarys, a young man barely past his adolescence, stands a little above average height with a slight build and muscular arms from arduous archery training, sword practice and time aboard the deck of his father's ships. His facial features are however more those of his mother's than his father's; though the common valyrian traits of silver-golden hair and violet colored eyes are still his most prominent features.
Personality:
Jaecarys is a young man, with the dreams and hopes of childhood ever present alongside the responsibilities of becoming a man. He is a outgoing person that seems to be comfortable when he is the center of attention as most young men, but he seems to be his father's son as he sometimes seem to have the need to disappear and spend time alone by himself. He shows to have a bright mind and usually uses logic to make decisions over letting his feelings guide him, or at least tries to, but as a teenager he sometimes fail miserably. He holds a great love for the sea and spends a lot of time either by the docks, beach or out at sea on a ship.
Background:
Jaecarys is the second born child and second son of Lord Baelon Targaryen and his wife Arwyn, formerly of House Cuy. He was raised by both his parents until Queen Rhaena made his father the Master of Ships, where his father had to start spending a lot of time away from the Sun House and his family, but Jaecarys still only have good memories of his father as a child. His real first memory is where his father has taken him aboard his ship and sails out at sea, while letting him sit on his father's shoulders as he takes in the salty aroma of the sea. With being the second son, he was given a little more freedom than his older brother, but there was still a lot of hours spent with tutors, master of arms and his parents as he was trained to one day serve his father and then his brother when he would assume the lordship. He served Lord Florent as a page and then squire, while being allowed some time away from his duties to travel with his father to King's Landing from the age of twelve. He was only just knighted a few months ago and now hopes to be able to make a name for himself, earning a place in the history books alongside the more prominent Targaryens that has lived before.
