** These six characters are part of the Eastern Kingdom, referenced in this thread. They are more than Lords, more like a unified confederation of Kings under the Burned Rider's leadership. They are middle-aged, no younger than 30, and they begin the game with dragons, though each of their dragons was hatched in 88 AL, making them Fresh. These characters are required to be full-blooded Valyrian; that will be one of the requisite traits that the Burned Rider accounts for when picking his Freeholders.

Ok, these are the available characters for players to choose for the upcoming time jump, those of you who are not keeping your current characters. The names in Bold indicate characters who may START the game with a [FRESH Dragon]; if you are starting with a Dragon you will be required to create a new dragon whose egg specifically hatched for your character, rather than saying you tamed it on Dragonstone.
Dragons of larger sizes will not be permitted prior to the game-start, though there will be several "un-bonded" dragons that are Tempered, Esteemed, and a few Venerables for those of you who who are more adventurous, and choose not to start with a dragon and want to acquire one through RP.
Since many of these characters were born before the Time Jump and survived it, some of them will have aspects of their character history that will not be subject to player approval. For example Catelyn Harroway and Helaena Massey will be 32 and 28 respectively, so realistically they'd be married with children. They are still playable, but it would be a different character dynamic than a younger character who is unmarried. The admins are all willing to work with players who are interested in these characters, to make sure RP options are not limited. Catelyn will be the Lady of Acorn Hall, Helaena will be the Lady of Rook's Rest. Miana Targaryen, Maelys' daughter, was already betrothed to the heir to Horn Hill (and that marriage will take place), but I think his father will still be alive when the time jump happens.
Players who survived the Time Jump will have approval over who is allowed to play their true born children (that includes Vira's child by Maekar, despite not being true born) however bastard characters are not subject to the same approval, though if you are going to be another player's bastards you will have to work with that player to come up with a background that is suitable for both of you.
