Appearance:
Baelor is a man of average height (5'7"), with long silver hair and violet eyes. His muscle is lean rather than bulky, built up over years of archery and dragon riding. He has a very handsome face, considered by many to be almost fair, and he uses his good looks to his advantage. His voice is low and clear, with hints of a High Valaryan accent that he favors due to the exotic nature of the language to the Andals.
Personality:
Ser Baelor is a man that is used to getting what he wants, and will do everything within his power to make sure he gets his way. He has a reputation for being a charming, kind man with hidden agendas, more often than not to increase his personal prestige. Furthermore, he is very vain, taking a great deal of pride in his appearance since he understands that it is his greatest weapon outside of battle.
Background: Raised as the firstborn son of Jahaerys Targaryen, he bonded to his dragon, Vriskaranea, shortly after she was hatched, with her being two years younger than himself. He quickly grew a talent for being a charismatic young man, and soon realized that he could use his charisma to advance his own personal agendas, and is suspected of being involved with more than three murders of minor lords by their wives. He has a passion for archery and women, and soars above the battlefield with his broodmate, firing arrows at the enemy lines with ease.
Lord Baelor had only been involved with minor battles until he took to the field during the Battle of Casterly Rock, astride Vriskaranea with his bow and several quivers of arrows. He and the Black Sapphire soared behind the enemy lines, far above, while Baelor fired arrow after arrow into the thick of the fighting. When the ballista and catapults behind the enemy lines began to pressure the Targaryen forces, Baelor saw an opportunity. Flying low for a change, He and Vriskaranea let loose a volley of arrows and a gout of dragonflame, engulfing several of the siege engines in fire, allowing the loyalists to advance and immolating Benjen Lannister, one of the False Lion's sons, in the process.
In the retaking of Lannisport, he stayed with a corps of archers, using his great bow to fire into the thick of the fighting. Two of his shots were marvelous. One took Lord Alyn Marbrand, commander of the False Lion's cavalry forces, in the eye early in the battle, giving the loyalist forces an advantage almost right away. Later in the battle, a well placed shot managed to take Ser Walder Brax in the throat, felling the great swordsman of the West.
