I'm thinking Prince Jaehaerys' second child? I was hoping to be as young as possible though, no older than 18, but still a Princess. Is there something we can work out there?

If you're going for 18 or younger, I'd go with one of Aenar's children instead. So you'd be Jahaerys' granddaughter. All Jahaerys' kids would be in their 30s. Aenar's kids are all 16 or younger.

Ok, that sounds good, but I think it may require an extra slot, as the only available slot under Aenar is a son. Could there perhaps be another daughter, around 15-16?

Yep she can just be a twin. Though women can inherit in this period so gender actually doesn't make much difference.

Well, I was thinking about writing up a acknowledged bastard character, but I was unsure of whether to just post about it here, or make an account and message an admin, ect. I was hoping to have an acknowledged bastard born to a minor Stormlands family, fathered by one of the Targaryen men, obviously.

That's absolutely fine. Bastards are so much easier with regard to flexibility. If you make an account, you can message myself and Maegor and we'll help out. But you are more than welcome to discuss it in this thread as well.
Do you have any thoughts on which male Targaryen you'd like as your father? There's the king, his late father, various uncles and cousins.

For the sake of simplicity right now I'll just continue posting here, if that's all right. And, I hadn't given much thought to the Targaryen father, as I was unsure how to approach it as, as far as I'm aware, a good deal of potential fathers are being roleplayed as by other users. Though, I've given the other areas of my character some thought, and arrived at the conclusion that a mother from House Penrose wouldn't be to far out of line.

That could work. Prince Gaemon had a bastard with a Penrose lady. Their daughter is now 19, so you could be an older sibling perhaps if you are set on Penrose.
