I liked the episode and it was miles better than its predecessor but I didn't quite love it. Stannis didn't get quite enough attention, there was no LS and Tyrion's escape wasn't quite as dramatic as I pictured.

^^ Yeah, his prophecy was to get Bran to Bloodraven, and then die. It was fulfilled.
In the books he disappears 2 seconds after they get to the cave anyway. What did you think happened to him, he went back to Greywater Watch and lived happily ever after?

I was expecting to see Stoneheart though, but that's mostly because Lena Heady is apparently the biggest troll ever haha.

Alright, I actually enjoyed the majority of the changes. The Brienne/Hound battle was pretty awesome. The one and only thing that baffled me is WHY THE FUCK BRYNDEN RIVERS HAD 2 FUCKING EYES!!! Other than being a defining feature of the character and the "thousand and ONE" eyes bit, the root sticking out of his eye socket is the only thing that makes him look like a part of the tree's ecosystem rather than just an old man who wandered into a bunch of dense roots and got stuck.
