Yeah I just read it... Damn Maekar is .. I don't want to say cold, but damn... And Trajan is a weasel. LOL It was a good thread though, I liked it. Especially the song

The song was great. Poor Maegor and Rhaella, they just can't catch a break. First the coronation is ruined by Aenar's treachery then their daughter ends up with a death sentence as they seek to end the war!

So did big brother order the execution? and why? was he trying to "thin" out their kids?

I think Maekar should make the announcement to the family members at the next council of war/family meeting and hopefully explain why. Really didn't expect things to get this serious so fast!

Well, Maekar is going to explain himself to Prince Aegon, who will certainly come asking, and he'll probably talk to Rhaena privately about the moral implications of what he did, but beyeond that he doesn't have to explain shit to anyone I suppose I could have waited until after the war, but I didn't want to spend the entire time agonizing over whether or not to do it, and then having to kill Trajan, since I'm pretty sure his orders were to gut me if I didn't do it.

Well, Maekar, the family ought to be told something? It's your call whether you tell them the truth or not! I figured you'd have waited to see if the battle did the job for you but she handed you a golden opportunity so I can't say I blame you.
I have to say I wonder what sort of character Aranya will go for next (hopefully she will!)

Yeah, I figured I'd never really get a better chance. If Aegon wants to discuss it with the family, that will be his decision, but as a Knight Inquisitor Maekar doesn't really have to justify his actions to anybody except the King.
The distinguishing thing about the Knights Inquistior is the murky ground we operate on.

You'd have to get Rhaena's permission before joining them in bed, but Maekar is OK with it

The proper thing would have been to capture Aemy alive and torture her into confessing all her potential conspirators. Then approach each of them claiming to be acting on Aemy's behalf, and if they agree, capture and torture them as well. When all possible conspirators have been rounded up then you execute the whole group in a large showy trial and public burning. Why settle for one actualy traitor, when you can execute dozens of FUTURE traitors? Tsk tsk tsk.
I have to give this Inquisition a 3/10 for their performance so far. Hopefully you guys can turn it around.

Dude, I'd need like sixteen burly men to restrain her, she weighs more than a small train. I doubt we even HAVE chains strong enough to keep her bound, or long enough to wrap around her more than once...

I've gotten a photoshop trial, and intend to incorporate Elsie's personal colours with the Targaryen dragon and the Yronwood portcullis.

Cool! I need to look into those trials myself. Found one for InDesign, which is something I could stand to learn for career purposes.

Aegon's sigil is a three headed dragon, red on black.

Woohoo! Have fun and come back to us with a fun character. I liked Aemy but she was too ambitious too fast.
