Like I have said, freedom to die or starve is not truly any freedom." Kesi sometimes felt that she cared for the poor more then the people that should.

"That is if they have a master will to properly feed and clothe them and treat them well, rather than treat them badly, and feed then minimally. Not all masters would be kind I imagine." Rhaena replied, "if they wish it , I am sure we can offer them slavery voluntarily, but who would agree to that. Freedom is a powerful drive, and people todo not like having things taken off of them"

"What is point of buying slave if you are allowing them to die? Is a bad choice for masters I am thinking. I am agreeing that not all masters are being kind, I am knowing that, I have seen it, but allowing slave to die is just bad, I have not seen that happening before. Masters are buying slaves to work. They cannot be working if they are allowed to starve."

"I did not say they'd allow them to die that indeed would be a bad investment, and yes, people are starving in the streets regardless, but still, there needs to be a poor," Rhaena said, shaking her head, "these are the things that should be sorted before we speak to his grave,"

Kesi found herself entering the library again, she was on the look out for a book on plants having forgotten some of the property's on one that she used alot.

Janos had been in the library for a short while, looking through quite an assortment of books. As he turned one corner he noticed the court scorcerer.
"Looking for a particular book?" he asked.

"Is being one that I am needing on plants." Kesi answered, having located the book, just out of her reach, typically. "Is one that I have planted and as I was about to be using it I forgotten everything that I was knowing about it."
She gave an almost shy smile.

Janos noticed she was having trouble reaching the book she was after, and so walked over and got it down from the shelf for her.
As he did so he said "I can't imagine it is easy trying to remember however much there is to know about plants and such"

"My thanks." Kesi said, unable to keep the shock from her voice. "No, there is being lots that I am not knowing about many plants, but it is being one of my loves. If you are getting right ones you can be doing wonders."
She flicked open the book and found the page she wanted.
"And they are being so beautiful." The plant drawn in the book was anything but beautiful, with spiky leaves and pointed flowers.
