Appearance:
Still very thin, despite the passage of years. His face is more lined than it was, and bits of grey have begun to appear in his hair.
Personality:
Baelon has settled down somewhat since his marriage and the end of the War. He still drinks more than he ought to, but he hasn't just disappeared for months at a time in at least a decade.
Background: After killing Maekar and ending the War of Three Kings, Baelon would have liked nothing more than to return to Sun House, to stay and to mourn. But he found himself in the unlikely position of a hero. Rhaena rewarded him handsomely, legitimizing him, making him Master of Ships, and granting him the Valyrian Steel longsword, Vigilance. He has taken to his newfound position surprisingly well, overseeing the construction of a proper Royal Fleet (Though it's not yet as big as he would like), so that the crown will be less beholden to lesser houses like the Redwynes in the future. He has also continued the pirate-hunting patrols on the Narrow Sea, ensuring that shipping remains unmolested and that his sailors don't become too lax.
Despite his duties, he has done his best to split his time between the capital and Sun House, with his family. The ancestral home of House Cuy was much in need of refurbishment, following the war with the Faith. He has seen that the fields are again fertile, including a transition to vineyards on some of their lands (Having the added benefit of keeping him well-stocked with wine). And it's not just the fields that have been fertile, for his wife Arwyn has provided them with a healthy crop of heirs.
Not that it's all been domestic bliss. He continued his affair with Daenerys Velaryon whenever both were in Kings Landing, and his wife could not help but notice his rather unseemly grief when Dany was killed. After that, he seems to have given up on even trying to keep his extramarital activities a secret from her, openly keeping a mistress, Falena Buckwell, in a manse in the capital and recognizing several bastards, including two from her. In recent years, he has even taken to exercising the right of First Night when in his own lands.

Appearance: Dull gray scales, with the occasional blue one mixed in. Black horns.
Temperament: Usually quite calm - a necessity for a dragon that's spent so much time aboard ship. Grows nervous when not near the ocean, which does not happen often.
History: Seaskimmer's egg was given to Baelon by his father for his first name day, and she hatched a few years later. See the above post for tales of burning ships.

Appearance:
Baelon keeps his platinum hair fairly long, and seems to be perpetually in need of a shave. Of average height and very thin, unable to put on weight no matter how much he binges on food and drink.
Personality:
A brash, drunken gambler.
Background: Baelon was born as the bastard result of a dalliance between Prince Maeron Targaryen and Lady Alannys Celtigar. He was raised on Claw Isle, save for regular visits to Dragonstone and King's Landing to visit his father and siblings, and learned the workings of warships from an early age. Upon reaching his majority, he was gifted his own war galley from his uncle, Lord Kennos. This, by many accounts, was a mistake. Baelon proceeded to take it for a tour across the Narrow Sea, engaging in debauchery and piracy at every opportunity. He only returned home two years later due to the price on his head (and the one on Seaskimmer's head) that had been issued by several of the Free Cities. Stories of his travels had reached his father, and upon returning to Claw Isle he received a summons to serve in the Royal Navy. Since then, he has served with distinction in combat with the Redwyne fleet, launching several raids against the Arbor itself. On the back of Seaskimmer, he has personally destroyed nearly a dozen vessels, but prefers to avoid this method, as it's rather difficult to plunder a vessel when it's engulfed in dragonfire.
